Fundamentals and Basic Principles of Economics – Domestic and International Approach

Wherever we go, economics is everywhere all over the world and it can be located in all major continents around the globe. This begins in domestic up to global approach. In my own opinion, economics is a social science. There are several branches of economics to deal with and these are: Sociology that studies the society and culture, Physics that studies the useful in the production of goods and services that produces machines and electricity,Political Science because it will study the economic policies of each leaders across the globe because it influence from the government of economic activities,History that studies the past, present, and future events of economic developments, Religion because it will based on the studies of religious traditions and beliefs that can encourage or discourage of economic development.

Readers and Viewers must discover and know the content of economics. This article will be tackling fundamental and basic principles of economics. Fundamentals of economics is focus on banks or banking, business, business cycle, depression, economic freedom, income, inflation, investment, labor force, manufacturing, marketing, money, monopoly and competition, consumer price index, cost of living, physiocrats, price, production, profit, property or dealing with real estate business, recession, rent, standard of living, supply and demand, trust, unemployment, value added tax in which I believed that this term will be understand by the viewers. The meaning of economics is very simple. According to Fajardo, the author of his book titled “Economics” third edition, The meaning of economics is the social science that deals with proper allocation and efficient use of available resources for the maximum satisfaction of human needs and wants.

Here in economics, there is also an economic system and theories to be learned by the readers and viewers. They must know the information of capitalism, communism, economic determinism, Facism, laissez faire theory, Theories of business cycle, Manioralism, Mercantilism, Socialism, and Syndicalism. They must take note that economic system is a set of an economic institutions that dominates a given economy. There is also a history in Economics from past to present times, even in the future. According to Fusfeld, who has a knowledge of John Meynard Keynes or known as “Baron Keynes of Tilton” that has a famous books which is very popular until now titled “Keynes General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money” which was written in the year 1936 which ranks among the most important books on economics. Aside from this, among his other works are A Tract on Monetary Reform written in year 1923, The End of Laissez Faire Theory written in year 1926, and also A Treatise on Money written in year 1930. There are also future in economics and these are called “ethico-economics in which I will discover it on my next article and next is economic crisis that cannot predict when will it happen so it belongs to the future.

After mentioning the introductory part and historical background of Economics, this time I will proceed to domestic approach. The writer of this article will focus on the Philippine Financial System in order to share ideas, thoughts, and opinions from other nations. This article is a big help for those who will take Master’s and Doctoral Degree in Economics. In Philippines, the most common financial institutions are based on banking, pawnshops, insurance companies, lending, financial or lending companies. The Banngko Sentral ng Pilipinas or known as BSP (former Central Bank of the Philippines) is the central monetary authority and their purpose is to maintain monetary stability, and to promote a balance and sustainable economic growth.

The last part content will be international approach because it deals with global economy. In our planet Earth, seven continents around the globe gather to participate in International Trade. To those who are interested in this part of my article, they can find or search it in tariff, trade, International Monetary Fund or known as IMF, Asian Development Bank or known as ADB, Exports and Import, Common Market, Exchange Rate, World Bank.

To understand the meaning of international trade, according to James B. Calderwood, “International trade is the exchange of goods and services between countries and it is sometimes called “world trade” or “foreign trade”. to explain this meaning, it enables a nation to produce the goods it can make the most cheaply and exchange them for goods it finds more costly to produce from one country to another countries. That is how the international trade means to the economics. The good example that practice International Trade is Japan because they can compete with other countries.

The World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and Asian Development Bank are the major lenders to our country. Their development funds have been focus on economic development such as agriculture.

After mentioning my content of economics from domestic up to global approach, they must take note that we are in the concerns of social responsibility this is not referring to the rich or poor people.

5 Care And Maintenance Tips For Your Travel Luggage

Add years to the life of your travel luggage by maintaining it. It shouldn’t take up a lot of your time. Travel bags can still take a huge chunk off your budget. You would want to prolong the life of your travel bags so you would not end up spending money on a new bag any time soon.

Here are some of the best care and maintenance tips you would want to use:

1. Clean your bag before and after traveling.

Before traveling, vacuum it a little to get rid of accumulated dust. You can also try wiping it with a damp towel to pick up dust particles. After traveling, make sure you try to check for damaged parts. Find out if there are torn seams or any protruding screws. Fix the torn seams. Clean the casters of your rolling bag. Get rid of accumulated dirt underneath the bag. Clean it before storing it.

2. Canvas bags can be washed.

Try hand washing it using lukewarm water and mild detergent. Do not add bleach. You can get rid of the dirt particles or crusty stains using a soft-bristled brush. Gently loosen up the hardened stains or dirt on your bag.

3. Lubricate the parts.

The rolling wheels might need to be lubricated. After being stored for a long time, the wheels might have trouble moving around. You should use a lubricating fluid. Also use the same product to the retractable handles of the bag. If your travel bag has metal zippers, try lubricating those zippers too. They can get stuck after some time.

4. Fix and replace broken parts immediately.

Do not wait for those small rips to turn into big holes. Fix them right away. You should also replace broken and worn-out parts, especially the retractable handles and the rubber wheels. Most plastic wheels do not work well when subjected to heavy loads. Try replacing them with rubber wheels. Rubber wheels can be moved around easily. Moreover, rubber materials are pretty resilient so they cannot be damaged easily.

5. Try using a luggage cover.

Many luggage stores specialize in making covers. Look for a company that sells luggage covers and find out if they sell one for your brand of travel bag. Get the right size of cover. If not, they can customize a cover for your bag. These covers will help prevent stains and dirt from settling in your bag.

As expected, caring and maintaining your travel luggage is not such a huge hassle. So try these simple tips and you can add years to your travel bag.

How Are Your Kidneys – The Eight Ways Your Weak Kidneys Could Be Ruining Your Health

How are your kidneys?

Fine, you might reply. However, is this the real situation?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) there is a view point that the kidneys are the root of Qi. They store the pre natal Qi (our genetic heritage) and the post natal Qi (derived from the food we eat and the air we breathe).

The function of the kidneys is very highly regarded in TCM. A dysfunction in the kidneys and their channels can cause a multitude of problems throughout the body.

The kidneys produce the bone marrow. The brain is composed of marrow, so problems with the brain could be linked back to kidney dysfunction.

The kidneys control the bones. Arthritis can be treated via the kidneys.

The kidneys govern water by transforming and transporting fluids throughout the body.Frequent urination, excessive fluid, swollen limbs, urgency and diarrhoea can be traced back to kidney weakness. The kidneys control birth, growth, development and human reproduction. Kidney weakness is a big factor in infertility or underdevelopment. Also, having children weakens the kidneys, as does ejaculation in men. Excessive ejaculation diminishes the kidney essence. Problems with premature ejaculation and male and female infertility would involve kidney treatments. The kidneys control the two lower orifices – the anus and the urethra. Urinary leakage, incontinence, nocturnal emissions and prolapse of the anus can be caused by weak kidneys.

The kidneys house will power. If you have weak kidneys your will power and determination will suffer. The kidneys open up into the ears. Tinnitus, hearing and ear problems are often the result of poor kidneys. The health of the kidneys can be seen through the health of the hair. Kidney energy makes the hair thrive. However, the hair is dispensable. If the kidneys are weak they must first provide essence to the other major organs. If there is no essence left, then the hair misses out. This is why hair falls out when people undergo chemotherapy.

The kidney is under assault from the toxic chemicals in the chemotherapy and the first thing it releases is the hair. If you have a problem with your kidneys you may be having dreams about water. If you have been having dreams about shipwrecks or drowning, then consider your kidney health. The kidneys have a special relationship with the heart and lungs so weakness of the kidneys is often reflected in reciprocal weaknesses in these organs. You might not realize that asthma is attributed to kidney weakness. The kidney weaknesses I have been discussing are not necessarily able to be picked up by medical tests. The weaknesses are often in the kidney channels. The emotion that affects the kidney is fear.

If you have suffered from excessive fear in your life then there is a big possibility that your kidneys have been weakened. When you are really scared you can feel pain in your kidneys. You could also urinate more frequently. Stress has an impact on the kidneys too. The adrenal glands sit right above the kidneys and when you are under stress they produce adrenaline. Adrenaline is a toxic chemical which needs to be dispersed by a fight or flight situation. However, if we just sit still, then the adrenaline remains in our bodies and will damage internal organs, the first being the kidneys. The kidneys resonate with the color black. Try to eat black sesame seeds, black wood ear fungus, black mushrooms and black pasta that has been colored with squid ink. Asian supermarkets stock plenty of naturally black foods.

One food that might not take your fancy but which is extremely beneficial to the kidneys is Sea Slug. Black in color, Sea Slug is available in the frozen food section of Chinese supermarkets. It will definitely benefit kidney yang and I have heard amazing stories about how it has brought about cures in people with huge health issues.

Just eating a little each day would be adequate.Kidneys are also tonified by eating beans as, under the doctrine of signatures, beans are shaped like kidneys. If you eat black beans you will be doubly blessed! Eating kidney meat is also beneficial for the kidneys (under the rule of like cures like).Walnuts are shaped like brains and they are excellent for brain health. Also, acupuncture is a wonderful therapy for strengthening the kidneys. Good luck in bringing your kidneys back to optimal health.

1. Meat-town

Meat-town aka. Kodbyen is by day the places for commodity shopping for restaurants or other food related businesses. By night it’s a social hot spot for downtown Copenhagen. There are several cool venues worth checking out in Meat-town such as Karriere bar, or Jolenes for a more hippy approach. It’s a much older crowd ranging from 25-30, the bar prices are average to high and the music seems to be well thought out, compared to other places you might stumble upon in Copenhagen. If you like an older crowd and a different experience then your typical nightclubs, then Meat-town isn’t a bad place to check out.

Halmtorvet 9-29

1700 Kobenhavn V

2. Heidi’s Bier Bar

Heidi’s bier bar has 2 floors. Both floors has a fussball table, they offer a huge range of different beers, so if you’re a beer enthusiast you’ll like this place. The crowd is older, ranging from 24-28 and they have a dancefloor that it quite small but doable. It’s a dim lighted place and the barmaids are all neatly dressed in a german maid outfits. There’s no entrance fee but there is a wardrobe fee of 20kr. I usually just sneak in and drop my jacket at a table with a friend, I’m cheap.

3. Karel

Fullname Karel Van Mander is a night club situated right next to the big Magasin Shopping Center and can be reached by the walking street or from Kongs Nytorv Metro st. Karel boost an awesome looking club with exquisite interior design and probably has the hottest girls in town, scrambling around in the venue. They have an outdoor area which is perfect for the summer time and a good sized dance floor in the middle. The music is mostly house and dance tunes with a mix of popular songs from current times. The age group ranges from 18-25. However the age requirements changes from Thursdays to Saturdays. The bar prices are sadly really high, but if you got money to blow, then you won’t look better doing it anywhere, than here. Karel can boost that they attract the most hottest girls in Copenhagen, so if you’re looking to hook up with a nice little turbo, then look no further than here. There are an abundance of turbos here. The entrance price is around 100dkk, but free wardrobe.

The Happy pig is situated near skindergade. It has a pretty young crowd from 21-25. It has 2dance floors on the top floor and also a live band area down stairs, where they regularly play live music. The bar prices are actually quite low and people are generally quite friendly. There’s a 20dkk wardrobe fee and it ain’t optional. 5. Francis Pony

Francis Pony is a student bar, but that doesn’t mean it’s slacking in terms of style. It has a young but mature crowd usually ranging from 22-24 and most of them are business students or anything equal to that. The bar prices are average to high and it has 2 floors. There’s no actual dance floor, which would be impossible since the place is pretty packed in the weekends. If you’re a student then it’s a great place to go and socialize. The Pros and Cons of Dating a Guy From Another Country

Due to the advent of the Internet, more and more people are now getting themselves involved in a relationship with another person that is in a different country and with a different nationality. This is the reason why there are now several different sites that would allow people to connect with one another, which is also helpful to those that are involved in such a long-distance relationship setting. But before you date a foreign man in a different country, it is best that you first understand the advantages and disadvantages involved in it.

It gives you a chance to travel

Dating a foreign guy gives you a chance to travel to his country and learn their culture and tradition. So if you are someone who loves to travel a lot, then dating a foreign guy might work well for you. Traveling is also the best way for the two of you to bond and spend more time with each other, which gives you a chance to know each other well.

Financial Freedom

Most women in some third world countries are easily attracted to foreign guys because they knew that this would be their chance to gain financial freedom. They find foreign guys striking because of their ability to be a responsible partner, which is what every woman would dream of. Most foreign guys are always willing to shoulder the burden of providing for the family’s needs, and thus, as a wife, your job is to mainly stay at home and take care of the kids.

There are cultural differences involved

When dating a foreign guy, it is highly expected that there will be some cultural differences involved, for you two will have different habits and practices, as well as diverse views on culture and traditions. Because of the cultural differences between the two of you, there will be a big possibility that you will not get along well, which can lead to conflicts and arguments. It is difficult for a relationship to last if the two people involved have different views and approach in life.

Long Distance Set-up

You are probably aware about the drawbacks of being in a long-distance relationship. Well, this also applies with dating a foreign guy from another country. It is never easy to be far from the person you love, so make sure that you consider this before you get yourself involved with a foreign guy from another country.

So as you see, although dating a foreign guy from another country comes with several advantages, there are also disadvantages that come with it. It is just up to you and your foreign partner on how you could work things out between the two of you, and eventually make the relationship work. But if you feel that such relationship setup is not the one for you, then you better be honest with your partner and tell him what you really feel about the relationship.
